I took the car in for an oil change, and air cleaner replacement. I also said that there was a rattle under the car when stopped in gear. The problem could not reproduced by the mechanic so I picked up the car. I got in the car and luckily the rattle started in their car park. I returned to service representative, explained what had happened. He sent out the service manager, and a mechanic, who quickly located the problem.
