First, thank you for giving me an opportunity to provide my feedback. I am writing to express my appreciation for the Excellent Customer Services delivered by one of your staff member, Kyle Williams at Parts Department, on delivering/installing winter tire package for my 2010 MDX. Please note that I’m giving a complement to Kyle, NOT because of I’ve saved (some) money here. It’s about the Value-added Services he offered to your customer which considers a superior customer experience. He also fully understands the marketing technique – you may only get one opportunity to talk with your customer.
