I brought my Acura MDX to your dealership. I met with Nick and eventually Claudio the workshop service manager, they listened to my concerns, documented it and request I leave the car for some days so they could figure out the problems and get it fixed. I was provided with a courtesy car; my car was repaired and washed before I returned to the dealership. I am very pleased with the outstanding service I enjoyed at Acura 2000 and the charges were reasonable. I am happy I made the decision to drop my car at your dealership. Although I live in Cambridge Ontario I do not mind travelling the distance just because of your outstanding service. My special appreciation goes to the entire team that worked on my vehicle starting from Caitlin Sherriff who took my initial call to Danny, Nick, Claudio and other team members that I do not know.
