There are not many companies that send me emails asking for my experience that I really take any interest in except for Acura 2000. I say this because even though you do preach customer service, Acura 2000 actually does follow through on it and from my side of things it makes a world of difference. First off the parts department helped me beyond belief. I had asked for something and they delivered without any problems. The service department as always was fantastic to deal with, not what I hear from others that have to deal with their respective service departments where they bought their cars. I always tell them I do not have any of these problems everyone there is great and makes the process actually fun to come there.
