Once again a very positive visit to the service department at your establishment. Nick took the time and explained the options with various winter tires and provided some sound advice. Nick introduced me to Shahriar in parts and he elaborated on Nick’s recommendations. This fine gentleman prepared some pricing choices and made sure that there was no pressure and I was comfortable with everything. End result is I purchased a set of good winter tires and I thought the value was outstanding. Shahriar left me with some further options in the spring which I will re visit at that time. Thanks to Nick and his crew for taking the time with me to ensure my experience was positive. I left the doors feeling very good and look forward to my next visit…………knowing its always hassle free..

There are not many companies that send me emails asking for my experience that I really take any interest in except for Acura 2000. I say this because even though you do preach customer service, Acura 2000 actually does follow through on it and from my side of things it makes a world of difference. First off the parts department helped me beyond belief. I had asked for something and they delivered without any problems. The service department as always was fantastic to deal with, not what I hear from others that have to deal with their respective service departments where they bought their cars. I always tell them I do not have any of these problems everyone there is great and makes the process actually fun to come there.
